Arsenal’s new home kit for the 2020/21 season appears to have been spotted for sale by a supporter.
With the coronavirus pandemic placing all football across the continent on hold, fans are starting to look ahead to events in the summer such as the transfer window and new kits produced by adidas for next season.
The sportswear giants took over as the Gunners’ kit provider back in 2019, with their offerings for the current season a hit with fans.
The home kit, the bruised banana away kit and third kit have all been greatly received by the majority of Arsenal fans which has heightened expectations over what’s in store for next campaign.
Given there’s still a couple more months of this season’s adidas kits, fans thought they would have to be patient to see what designs the German manufacturer has come up with.
However, it seems the new design is already out of the bag, if images online are to be believed.
With that said, here is a roundup of all the information on the kits for the 2020/21 season.
As ever, social media has been awash with ‘concept designs’, but what we know so far – according to footyheadlines.com, is that the colour of next season’s home kit will predominantly be what is described as ‘dark red’.
Indeed, one eagle-eyed supporter has posted a picture of what appears to be next season’s shirt on sale abroad.
Details have emerged of the away kit that Arsenal could wear next season.
The Gunners’ current away strip draws inspiration from the iconic 1991 ‘bruised banana’ kit, featuring a subtle triangular print and blue trim.
But according to footyheadlines, next season’s shirt will not be yellow but ‘cloud white’, which will appear like a shade of grey.
The report says the colour is currently used for some of adidas’ boots and other products, but will be seen up and down the country next year when the north Londoners play away from the Emirates.
The away kit is expected to be launched in July 2020.

The first details of Arsenal’s third kit for the 20/21 season has now emerged.
Currently the third kit – which has been worn against Liverpool twice and in a couple of Europa League games as well as at Norwich City – is blue with yellow stripes.
According to footyheadlines, next season’s shirt is mainly dark navy, combined with striking light orange applications. The official color combo is ‘Legend Marine / Light Flash Orange’.
The third kit is expected to be launched in August 2020.
In addition, there has been plenty of ‘leaked’ images regarding next season’s training range. Thanks to @0F0BALL a wide range of the latest images are online.
As spotted by Arseblog, a big change is coming in regards to next season’s kits if the training range is anything to go by as the Emirates sponsor logo could be amended on the home, away and third kits.
