This scavenger hunt is full of tiny blackhead nuggets as rewards. In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD pops compacted blackheads speckled across a patients back. The extractions quickly turn into a hunt for blackheads versus freckles in a disgusting version of Wheres Waldo?

In the clip, Dr. Lee makes a nick in a large blackhead to loosen its compacted contents. She then uses her trusty comedone extractor to press down and wiggle out the blackhead. Then, it’s on tohunting for more growths. She soon finds three more blackheads to tackle, pushing them out with ease.

In the video, Dr. Lee has to dodge freckles to find the blackheads, which look quite similar to the harmless birthmarks. One fan even asked, Do you ever go for a freckle? Its a very good question.

A blackhead is a single pore filled with dead skin and oil, which forms a black head when exposed to air. The lighter portion of a blackhead is actually the same material as the black cap, only this material hasnt been oxidized to create a black coloring.
